华中科技大学博士学位论文 文之前,尚没有学者对此问题作专门的研究。我们考虑的系统是在大量定制环境下,可 实现延迟的特定系统。即:其上游分系统是一个紧耦的分系统,采用大量生产的方式.一阶段移动。我们还假定各个阶段的生产提前期变化波动较小,批次是以Operating Batching方式转移,在CODP处有一个库存缓冲点。我们推导出了各部件在一定的服务 水平下,CODP能够对下游分系统提供的服务水平的数学表达式。在该研究中,其结论 可以扩展到其它情形,如部件有不同的提前期,部件、基本装配件和CODP采用其它形 式的库存策略,各阶段存在产出率等等。
