摘要 本文对无机膜的发展背景、制备方法、表征和应用及其发 展趋势进行了综述。确定了以异丙醇铝为原料,通过溶胶一凝 胶法制备氧化铝无机膜,研究了胶溶剂种类、胶溶剂的浓度、胶溶温度对制备氧化铝无机膜的影响.研究了胶溶剂、胶溶剂 的浓度以及胶溶温度本文还确定了浸渍时间、溶胶的性质、焙 烧时间以及焙烧温度对氧化铝无机膜结构的影响。确定了浸渍 时间、焙烧温度和焙烧时间,建立了板状孔模型,通过实验与 圆筒孔模型作了比较,认为板状孔模型较圆筒孔模型更能反映 氧化铝膜的实际情况。
