摘要 液膜分离技术是一种高效、快速、省能、选择性好的新型膜分离技术。近年来,用液膜法分离稀土引起了国内、外学者极大的重视,并且已取得了许多重要的进 展。本文围绕液膜法分离稀土这一主题,进行了以下几方面的研究.1.研究了乳状液膜体系中稀土离子传质的热力学。液膜两侧的Gibbs自由能 之差.G为 [Re+][H+] G=μ-μ=RTln [Re+][H+] AG<0是稀土离子逆其浓度梯度迁移的驱动力,而维持液膜两侧内、外水相一定的 氢离子浓度差,就可使.G<0,稀土离子迁移过程即可自发进行.2.
ABSTRACT Emulsionliquidmembrane(ELM)isanewkindofmembranesepara-nowalotofattentionhasalreadybeenpaidtoseparatingrareearth(RE)ele-mentswithELM,andsomeimportentprogresseshavebeenmade.Aimedto separate RE with ELM technology,the following studies in this work were made.
SomeexperimentswerecarriedouttodemonstratethevalidityofModel1 andModelI,theexperimentalresultswereingoodagreementwiththemod- el predictions.The experiments indicated that these models could accurately describethemasstransferbehaviorofREintheELMsystems.
