摘要 本课题从工厂实际需要出发,探索亚硫酸铵法预处理全秆红麻制高强度化 机浆的工艺可行性,并进一步对其历程及机理进行研究.试验采用氢氧化钠与氧化镁作为亚铵预处理的缓冲剂,比较分析了各缓冲 剂的效果、原理与特点.试验对亚铵法全秆红麻化机浆的化学预处理、磨浆及 其浆料的性质与适应箱纸板、纸袋纸产品标准的情况进行了讨论。试验认为,氧化镁有其难溶特点但具有较好的缓冲效果,它的用量不需太多,而却能维持 较高的pH值范围。从原料的预处理得率,化学药品亚铵作用情况,残液的 pH值几方面去考虑,全秆红麻亚铵化机浆预处理所适宜的条件为:亚铵的用 量12 ,液比1:5,升温1.
