摘要 摘要 新生磷酸钙在制糖工业的蔗汁清净工艺中起着十分重要的作用。本文采用糖品 中典型色素:焦糖、类黑素及葡萄糖碱性降解物作为吸附质,对磷酸钙沉淀的吸附 特性进行了系统的研究,同时,将磁场处理技术引入固液吸附过程中,初步探讨了 磁场对新生磷酸钙吸附性能的影响。主要内容和结果如下:1.吸附质性质的研究。确立了溶液中色素含量的定量方法,即,在特定波长下,pemeationchromatography,GPC)对色素进行了分子量分布分析.2.研究了吸附剂磷酸钙的生成反应,采用Ca(OHD和HPO4作为反应物生成磷 酸钙可分为三阶段,磷酸钙晶核初始形成期、大量增加期和晶体长大相对稳定期。
