摘要 摘要 本研究的主要内容是探讨淤浆法制备药剂辅料用羧甲基纤维素钙的工艺条 件。羧甲基纤维素钙的崩解性能优越,而且兼有补钙作用.其崩解速度、制片硬 度、药片重量均匀性都要超过现国内普遍使用的淀粉、羧甲基纤维素钠,是一种 大有发展前途的药剂辅料。由于纤维素超分子结构的复杂性和反应的不均匀性,不同的原料及不同的工艺条件对羧甲基纤维素钙性能的影响不同,而且至今国内 尚没有形成药剂辅料用羧甲基纤维素钙的工业生产能力.本研究首次提出了介于溶液法和多相法之间的淤浆法来制备药剂辅料用羧 甲基纤维素钙,其既有溶液法的反应均匀、产物纯净的特点,又具有多相法的 生产效率高的长处,其中淤浆中和法制备的羧甲基纤
