温辉,法学博土。1966年生。1987年 毕业于辽宁大学法律系本科,1994年毕业 于北京大学法律系行政法学专业,获法学 硕士学位,2002年毕业于北京大学法学院 宪法学与行政法学专业,获法学博士学位.1987年至1999年在辽宁省抚顺市中级人民 法院及国家法官学院工作,从事审判实务 及教学科研。现任教于国家检察官学院。先 后在《法学家》、《现代法学》等刊物发表 学术论文十余篇。
